The Story Behind the Company

I know what it's like to work in a place where the values people talk about don't match how work actually happens. I've experienced the disconnect that shows up when leadership language sounds right, but daily decisions and systems tell a different story.

For more than 15 years, I worked in business operations across government contracting, private industry, and mission-focused organizations. That experience taught me how systems shape behavior, how leadership decisions affect trust, and how quickly misalignment appears when values aren't reinforced through operations. I also saw workplaces where people absorbed strain so results could continue, and where ethical lines were blurred in the name of performance.

Over time, it became clear that good intentions alone don't create healthy workplaces. Leadership habits, systems, and everyday decisions do. That understanding is what led me to found Inclusive Impact Partners.

I bring both lived experience and operational expertise to this work. As an employee, I've felt unseen and disconnected from meaningful work. As a leader and consultant, I've seen how misalignment between values and operations weakens trust, lowers morale, and limits long-term performance.

My perspective is grounded in a simple belief: culture is built through consistent choices, not statements. Technical skill may open the door, but how leaders listen, decide, and follow through determines whether people want to stay, contribute, and grow.

Today, I partner with leaders who are willing to examine how their leadership practices, systems, and culture operate in reality, not just in principle. Together, we identify sources of misalignment and design operational approaches that make values visible in daily work.
