The journey to founding Inclusive Impact Partners started early. As a business student in high school, I knew entrepreneurship was the path I wanted to take. That ambition led me to earn a BS in Business Administration with a minor in International Business, followed by an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

For over 15 years, I worked behind the scenes in operations within government contracting, private industry, and the nonprofit sector. During that time, I developed a deep understanding of what makes internal systems effective, people-supported, and mission-aligned. I loved the work but couldn't ignore what I experienced and saw along the way: toxic workplaces, unethical practices, and organizations failing to align their internal operations with the values they projected externally.

Eventually, I decided enough was enough. I left my job and created this company--an intentional move to build something better. A business that centers integrity, transparency, and inclusion while providing the kind of back-office support that allows mission-driven organizations to thrive from the inside out.

As an operational partner for changemakers, I'm here to support mission-driven organizations with consulting and customized back-office solutions rooted in ethical business practices. Because I believe how we work behind the scenes matters just as much as what we achieve publicly.
